SYM Citycom S 300i The SYM Citycom 300 is one of the best scooter choices for San Francisco. The 278cc motor easily gets you and a friend up to freeway speeds with little effort. For that matter head up any of the steepest SF hills it's no problem. One distinct advantage of the Citycom 300 is its large- diameter wheels. This means that bumps and imperfections in the road surface will have a less pronounced effect when compared to scooters with small-diameter wheels. LED taillights give you extra visibility, and that means more safety! The Citycom has a 4 valve engine which increases air intake and improves engine efficiency. You will definitely enjoy under- seat storage that is large enough for a full-face helmet with room around it for other things. There's also a front glove box in front of your knees with a 12v power outlet, where I put sunglasses, a garage opener, and other small items. This scoot holds 2.6 gallons of fuel and a stated MPG rating of 84 miles per gallon.
